Ramon Holmes

Ramon Holmes is the author of the Jakarta Black saga and the founder of the Jakarta Black Institute of Technology (JBIT), where he leads work on the future of AI, the workforce, and workforce management. He writes the kind of fiction he wished he'd had on the shelf: layered, patient, and unwilling to flinch.

The Jakarta Black series began as a single image. A name in a notebook that wouldn't stop watching back. Seven volumes later, it has become the centerpiece of a creative universe that now extends toward animation, audio, and beyond.

Ramon is also the author of The Common Sense Approach to AI, The Artificial Job Market, and the forthcoming The World of WFM & AI, a curriculum trilogy on the human side of the AI transition.
